2. Gansbaai, South Africa
Located off the “Shark Alley”, Gansbaai is the kingdom of the Great White Shark. Declared a protected species in 1991, the Great White Shark can reach 20 foot long and attracts travelers from the extreme, in search of thrills. To swim with sharks, however, one remains protected by an iron cage and the white sharks flock and go around, mouth wide open. Feelings of fear guaranteed!
